Are tickets, transport and guides included?

Inclusions vary by experience. Check the product description for attraction entry, transport, guide services, meals, languages and any exclusions. Do not assume that every tour includes the same services.

Where does my experience start?

Check the departure or meeting point and arrival time in the listing and booking confirmation. A destination category does not mean that every experience starts in that destination.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Cancellation and amendment rules depend on the selected experience. Review them before paying and contact the booking provider using the details in your confirmation. BTOURS cannot change or refund a booking held by another provider.

Information BTOURS handles

If you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you provide. We use these to respond and administer enquiries, based on steps requested before a contract where applicable or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We may receive referral and commission reporting. We do not treat a visit or referral as agreement to receive marketing emails.

Retention and providers

Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may keep records longer where needed for complaints, legal claims or legal obligations. Technical records are kept for the period needed for security and operation. Your booking

Check the seller, service provider, dates, price, inclusions, meeting point, accessibility and all booking conditions on the booking website before paying. Availability and product details can change. Your booking is governed by the conditions disclosed by the provider. The cancellation scale for BTOURS multi-day tours does not apply to these independently booked experiences.

Changes and refunds

Contact the booking provider named in your confirmation about amendments, cancellations, refunds and service issues. BTOURS cannot amend or refund a booking held by another provider.

Use and responsibility

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or copy content for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder. We may receive a commission from qualifying referrals. External providers are responsible for their own booking and travel services; BTOURS remains responsible for its own conduct as required by law.
